Manchester United fans can
remind visitors to their site of United's 1999 treble achievement with these animated
gifs. You can copy them to your own Web site.
To copy the images:
Open your own Web page authoring package while
you stay on-line.
Open a Web site in your authoring package where you eventually want the image to appear.
You will start by saving the image to a disk, so place a disk in your computer disk
drive.
Now return to this page of our Web site in your browser.
Put your mouse over the image you want to use and right click.
Select Save Picture As.
Then in the box that appears, assuming your disk is in Drive A, choose to Save in
Drive A.
Now, assuming you are running Windows, click on the Start button at the
very lower left of your screen.
Now choose Find, followed by Files or Folders, then
choose Look in Drive A.
The image file should be shown. Right click on it and choose Copy.
Now go back to your Web authoring package.
Now you can right click again and paste the image directly onto a page
from your Web site and save the page. Alternatively, go into the part of
your authoring package that lists all the files in your Web site, and right click and paste
so that the new image imports itself. You can then copy the imported file
onto any of the pages in your Web authoring package. |
